A simple smoothie often makes a beautiful dinner if you are cooking for one this smoothie contains the following: 1 serving of #Wazoogles berry 1 T of #Antonias macadamia butter 1/2 C mixed frozen berries 1 C water 1 T hemp seeds 1/2 t vanilla powder 4 blocks ice.
