ANTONIA'S CULINARY CLASSES

We will be running Raw Food Culinary Classes.
3 hour class, 9am to 12pm

COST:

R495 including a buffet lunch, green juice and recipes.

BRING:

a pen and notebook
Antonia will be making many dishes and plating them beautifully. There will be opportunities to taste the dishes and ask questions throughout the day.

WE WILL COVER:

soups, salads, dressings, desserts, main course dishes, snacks, dips, crackers, raw pizza, etc. Requests on dishes to learn are welcome. Specific ingredients will be discussed too.
