Some WINTER SMOOTHIE inspiration...it's all about the PROBIOTICS! 😊 Here is the recipe for this one: 1/2 small banana 🍌 3 medium spinach leaves 🍃 1 T cacao powder 2 small dates 2 T pea protein 1 C water kefir 💦 1 probiotic capsule 1 T hemp seeds 1 T bee pollen (optional) 🐝 8 almonds 🌰 1/2 t vanilla powder 3 ice blocks Blend until smooth.
